The decision to exhibit a Bakker high power eddy current system at the recent RWM Show proved to be a wise move by Lift Hold & Separate, judging by the highest number of enquires ever received at RWM.  Each visitor to the stand had projects & applications that needed Bakker’s superior magnetic performance.

Now that Lift Hold & Separate have established the Bakker Magnetics range of magnetic separation products in the UK market and Ireland, this was an opportunity for visitors to see the difference in performance and quality of a high powered eddy current system.

The unique patented design of the magnetic rotor demonstrated the high volumes and clean separation that the 800 series is capable of. On specific applications, Bakker can handle up to 5 times the volume throughput compared to any other manufacturers of eddy current systems. This can mean using one machine instead of multiple and proved to be the case in several enquiries discussed during the show.

New contacts were made with large organizations and companies that were looking for high efficiency rates on separating non-ferrous materials from such materials as glass, wood, metal, plastic and general waste.
Many visits and meetings have been set up since the RWM Show with customers who wish to place orders for overband magnets, eddy current magnets and full modular systems. Due to this high volume of enquiries and orders, Lift Hold & Separate will be taking up a larger stand next year to exhibit more of the Bakker range and offer customers the quality and performance they require, that’s why Bakker are the best!
